A human behavior expert, future of work visionary, organizational psychologist, speaker, and writer, Dr. Ciela Hartanov believes that every leader and organization should have the opportunity to prosper in the future, and has dedicated her career to reinventing the way we work. 

Ciela was part of the founding team of The Google School for Leaders and Head of Next Practice Innovation and Strategy at Google, where she developed projects designed to shape the future of leadership and work.

She’s gone on to work with organizations such as Salesforce, Stripe and Mitel, equipping them to divert potential failures proactively, create viable solutions to problems faster, and adapt to ever-moving targets with innovation. 

Today, she works with organizations through her boutique consulting firm, humcollective, to (r)evolutionize the way we work, innovate, and adapt — both as individuals and as organizations — via the Sensitivity Paradigm ™.
